I am a chartered psychologist awarded by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I enjoy learning about applied psychological which can be applied in various areas including education, mental health, sport and exercise as well as in life as a whole. I have been intrigued by how mental can be very powerful tools to regulate emotion and modified behaviour. Having the power to predict, control things, understand how billion neuron brain connected simply makes me impressed. Falling in love with the science of the human mind and behaviour since I was younger has persuaded me that life is anything to do with psychology and will make me feel alive.

Imagery is a cognitive skill that involves using the mind to create and experiences and seeing with the mind’s eye as well as other sensory experiences (e.g., smell, taste, sound, and feeling) without having to experience the real thing.
Mindfulness can be a cognitive skills for an individual to achive mental state by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, without any judgement
For mental health sake, spirituality will take the source which starts form the knowledge of the heart. It is called 'aqidah' because it enters the heart and it becomes fixed and tied to the heart strongly, meaning strongly bound and strongly adhered to it.
This is a skill and ability to understand and manage your own emotions, and people surroundings. With a high degree of emotional intelligence, we will know feeling, what the emotions mean, and how it can be affected
